		<description>I know you wrote this back in February, but it is so relevant, I had to comment.  I think Social Media at least gives companies the power to tell the other side of the story as much as they want.  If a company is interacting in the blogosphere or twitterverse or wherever they decide and they have good customer interaction, a negative story in the press doesn&#039;t have as much power and a positive story only reinforces  the brand you have established already.</description>
